The Norm ISO 9001 was established by the International Organization for the Standardization. The norm specifies the requirements of a system of quality management for its internal application in the organizations, for certification or with contractual aims. The present version of 9001 ISO dates since December of 2000, for that reason is expressed as ISO 9001:2000.
