The General Assembly names to the Monitoring Committee made up of 3 members by a period of 5 years.

To this organ is corresponded the control, supervision and evaluation of the operations of the cooperative; it must also supervise all the accountings and financial operations made by the organization.

The Monitoring Committee also verifies that the actions of the Administration Council, Manager and other committees; are according to the law and regulations of COOPETRABASUR.

This committee has the power to propose the exclusion of associates or employees who have committed acts that are against the interests of the cooperative.

The Committee of Monitoring meets, as minimum, once per month and it renders a report annually to the General Assembly.
